Plans, billing and invoices
Upgrading
Open Account & plan (or hit a plan limit and click View plans), choose Pro or Business and monthly or yearly, and complete checkout. The new limits apply the moment payment succeeds; the page you were on keeps working.
Who charges me?
Paddle is our merchant of record: the charge on your statement says Paddle, they calculate and collect any VAT / sales tax, and they email you a tax-compliant invoice after every payment. You can also download invoices and update your card from Account → Payment method / invoices.
Cancelling
Account → Cancel subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace returns to Free. Changed your mind? Click Resume renewal before the period ends.
What happens on downgrade
- Sites stay online. If you have more sites than the Free plan allows, the most recently edited one stays editable and the others become read-only until you upgrade or delete some.
- Custom domains are paused; sites remain reachable at their
s.cloudeel.comaddress. - The "Made with Cloudeel" badge returns to the footer.
- Form submissions and analytics keep working within Free limits.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails we retry for three days and email you. Update the card from the account page to fix it; otherwise the workspace downgrades to Free — nothing is deleted.
Refunds
14 days on first subscriptions, 7 days on renewals with unused credits. Details in the Refund Policy.
Switching plans or periods
Upgrading Pro → Business is immediate and prorated. Monthly → yearly takes effect at the next renewal. To downgrade Business → Pro, cancel and subscribe to Pro when the period ends, or email us to switch immediately.
